Privacy Policy
Last updated August 13, 2026
This policy explains what estateselevated.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to this website only.
What we collect
We collect only what you type into the contact form and send to us:
- Your name.
- Your email address.
- Your phone number, if you choose to provide one — it is optional.
- Anything you write in the message field describing your situation.
- Whether you consented to calls and texts, along with the date, time, page address, and the exact consent wording shown to you. We keep this because consent records have to be provable.
We do not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, financial account numbers, or income documentation through this website. If you become a client, any such information is collected separately and handled through the brokerage.
How we use it
To reply to you, to prepare the analysis you asked for, and — only if you checked the consent box — to call or text you about buying or selling real estate. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who else sees it
- Keller Williams Realty Antelope Valley, the responsible broker, as required for supervision and recordkeeping.
- Service providers that host this site and deliver form submissions to us, acting on our instructions only.
- Professionals you ask us to coordinate with — your lender, escrow, title, or CPA — and only with your direction.
- Law enforcement or regulators where we are legally required to disclose.
Tracking and Do Not Track
This site does not run advertising pixels, cross-site trackers, or third-party analytics that follow you to other websites. Because we do not track you across sites, there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to switch off — but we honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals regardless, and we will continue to honor them if analytics are ever added.
We do not knowingly permit third parties to collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use this site.
Reviewing or changing your information
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the contact form and say what you would like done. We will respond within a reasonable period and will not charge you for it.
To stop calls or texts at any time, reply STOP to any message, or tell us by any other reasonable means — you do not have to use a particular word or channel. We honor revocation promptly and in no case later than ten business days.
Your California privacy rights
Norma Angelica Bermudez is a sole practitioner and does not meet the revenue or volume thresholds that define a “business” under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We nonetheless extend the substance of those rights — access, correction, deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them — to anyone who asks.
Security and retention
This site is served over HTTPS. We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to respond and to satisfy real estate recordkeeping obligations, and consent records for as long as we may need to evidence consent. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page and post the revised policy here before the change takes effect. Material changes will be described plainly rather than buried.
Contact
Questions about this policy can be sent through the contact form, or by post to Keller Williams Realty Antelope Valley, 1401 W Rancho Vista Blvd, Suite B, Palmdale, CA 93551, marked for the attention of Norma Angelica Bermudez.
