A Santa Clarita ZIP doesn't always mean the City
The City of Santa Clarita is Valencia, Saugus, Newhall and Canyon Country. Stevenson Ranch (91381), Castaic and Val Verde (91384) and Agua Dulce are unincorporated Los Angeles County, even though "Santa Clarita" is an accepted mailing name there — and parts of Valencia, such as Tesoro del Valle and FivePoint Valencia, are outside the city limits too. The ZIP code tells you the post office, not who levies special taxes or provides local services, so check the parcel before you compare homes.
